There is a space inside the remote fob for you to place your existing transponder from one of your existing keys.

Delivery time:

Usually shipped within one day of receiving payment and a picture of the key to be cut - if we do not have a picture, or the picture is not suitable this will delay the shipping of your order.

Once you have placed your order please check your messages and email for details of how to send a photo.

Whilst we try to ensure that the cut of your new key is as accurate as possible, please bear in mind that this is effectively a brand new key, and you may find it a bit stiff to begin with. If however, you feel that the key has not been cut correctly, then please take a photo of both your old key and new key side by side, and send it to our email address. We reserve the right to refund in the event that we are unable to provide you with a successful key.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE CUT, THIS ITEM IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE DIRECT SELLING REGULATIONS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE KEY YOU ORDERED MATCHES THE PROFILE OF YOUR KEY. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG KEY.

We are happy to cut to code but we would prefer a photo. If you supply a code, please note that we cut this at your own risk - on older vehicles the locks have often been changed and the code you provide might not match.

PLEASE NOTE: ALTHOUGH WE SAY ITEMS WILL BE POSTED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS, ONCE A SUITABLE PHOTO HAS BEEN RECEIVED, YOUR KEY WILL NORMALLY BE SENT OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS. HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE A PHOTO WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS, THEN WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND REFUND. THANK YOU.
